Job Purpose Operations Research and Effectiveness (ORE) is an in-house consulting division at the Emirates Group. It is responsible for enhancing our performance by managing complex and critical projects across all business units. ORE delivers significant business benefits from the services strategy, organizational design, process excellence, customer experience, innovation/digital, project management, and business performance. The Enterprise Effectiveness Specialist - Emiratisation supports cross functional transformational consulting projects and continually improves the effectiveness of Emirates Group through collaboration and analytics around our services - strategy, organisational design, process excellence, customer experience, innovation/digital, project management and business performance. A key requirement of the role will be the ability and agility to work in a team supporting diverse business units and to quickly adapt and understand key business challenges.
